Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Reldro when you use reldro.com, the platform, and anything built on your account.

Updated October 19, 2026

These terms apply when you access or use reldro.com, app.reldro.com, and the related tools, together the Services, provided by Reldro. By creating an account or using the Services you accept these terms. If you accept on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are able to bind that organization.

Where an order form, quote, or signed agreement says something different about pricing, site capacity, or retention, that document takes priority over these terms.

  • Give accurate information and keep it current.
  • Keep credentials secure and do not share logins. One person should have one account.
  • Accept responsibility for activity carried out under your account.
  • Tell Reldro promptly if you believe an account has been used without permission.

Reldro runs one plan that includes every feature and unlimited users, priced by the active sites your organization runs. Subcontractors and brokers can submit records through private links, and a free subcontractor account is available where Reldro offers one. Fees are due as set out in your order form. An account with past-due fees may be limited or suspended after notice. A site that is archived stops counting toward your capacity.

You keep ownership of the documents, reports, photos, and other content you submit. You give Reldro the permission it needs to host, process, back up, and display that content in order to deliver the Services, and nothing more.

You confirm that you have the right to submit what you upload, including subcontractor documents and information about people on your jobsites, and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services unlawfully, or in a way that infringes someone else's rights.
  • Upload malware, or attempt to disrupt, disable, or gain unauthorized access to the Services.
  • Scrape or extract records by automated means outside the access Reldro provides.
  • Reverse engineer the Services except where applicable law allows it.
  • Resell or sublicense access without a written agreement.
  • Submit false safety records, or record a review or inspection that did not take place.
  • Use AI drafts as a substitute for the human review the platform asks for.

AI in the Services prepares drafts, summaries, and checklist suggestions. A person reviews, edits, and approves them. Reldro does not make safety findings or close corrective actions on its own, and you stay responsible for the decisions and records your team approves.

Portfolio and directory imports, including imports prepared from Procore exports, run on files you upload rather than a live connection. You are responsible for the accuracy of those files and for having permission to import the information they contain. Imported site counts are checked against the capacity in your agreement.

Reldro works to keep the Services available and schedules maintenance where practical, but the Services are provided without an uptime guarantee. Features may be added, moved, or retired. Where a change materially affects how an account operates, Reldro gives notice in advance where it reasonably can.

The Services rely on third parties for hosting, storage, email delivery, and usage measurement, and the website links to outside pages. Those parties have their own terms and policies, and Reldro is not responsible for their services.

You can end your account at any time. Reldro may limit, suspend, or end access where there is a breach of these terms, unpaid fees, a legal requirement, or a risk to other customers' data. On termination you can request an export of your records within 30 days, after which retention and deletion follow the terms above.

The Services are provided as they are. They are not legal, engineering, or safety advice. Using Reldro does not by itself prove compliance with any regulation and does not guarantee that incidents will be prevented or that a hazard will be identified. You remain responsible for your own safety program, your training, and your obligations to regulators, insurers, and the people on your jobsites.

To the extent the law allows, Reldro's total responsibility for claims arising from the Services is limited to the fees paid for the affected account in the 12 months before the claim, and Reldro is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything a court will not allow to be limited.

You are responsible for claims that arise from the content you submit, from your use of the Services, or from your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, and disputes are heard in the courts located in New York County, unless a mandatory local rule says otherwise.

The date at the top of this page shows when these terms last changed. Material changes are communicated to account holders before they take effect, and continued use after that date means you accept them.

Questions about these pages, or a request about your personal information, can be sent through the contact form at reldro.com/demo. Security and certification questions are answered at the Trust Center on app.reldro.com/trust.
