Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Reldro does not sell or share personal information. This page explains what that means and how to send a request if you still want one.

Updated October 19, 2026

Privacy laws in some US states, including California, give people the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. This page sets out Reldro's position and how to send a request.

Reldro does not sell personal information, does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and does not receive anything of value in exchange for it. Records hosted for a customer are processed on that customer's instructions and are not disclosed to advertising networks.

Because no sale or sharing takes place, no opt-out is needed to stop it. Reldro still honours a request recorded here as a standing preference.

Jobsite records can include injury details or other sensitive information about people. Reldro uses that information only to deliver the Services to the account that holds it. It is not sold, not shared for advertising, and not used to infer characteristics about you.

  • Send your request through the contact form at reldro.com/demo and say which right you are using: disclosure, correction, deletion, opt out of sale or sharing, or limiting the use of sensitive personal information.
  • If your information sits in an organization's account, Reldro will route the request to that organization's administrator, because the account controls access and retention.
  • Reldro verifies your identity before acting, and answers within 30 days, or up to 60 days where a request is complex.
  • Requests are free of charge once in any 12-month period.

You may send a request through an authorized agent. Reldro may ask for proof that the agent has your written permission and may still verify you directly.

You can also ask to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to be told how it was collected and who received it. Reldro does not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights, including by charging a different price or withholding service.

Reldro explains why a request cannot be met. You can reply to the same request and ask for reconsideration, and where an organization's account controls the record, you can ask that administrator directly.

The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
