How Reldro collects, uses and protects personal information across this website and the platform your crews and safety managers use.
Updated October 19, 2026
Who this policy covers
Reldro provides safety and frontline work management software at reldro.com and app.reldro.com, together called the Services. This policy explains how personal information is handled when you visit the website, when you use the platform, and when your information appears in records created by a company you work for.
Two situations are described here. When an organization runs a Reldro account, that organization decides what is collected and Reldro processes the records on its instructions. For the website, for account sign-up, and for requests sent directly to Reldro, Reldro decides how the information is used.
Information Reldro collects
- Account details: name, work email, job title or trade, phone number if you add one, and your organization's name.
- Company records: documents submitted for your own company or for subcontractors you hire, such as insurance certificates, trade licenses, and method statements.
- Work and safety records: reports, photos, notes, inspection results, checklists, sign-off acknowledgments, work order updates, check-in events, and site plan markups that your teams submit.
- Device and usage information: browser type, device type, approximate region, pages and features used, and timing, collected with Google Analytics 4 and Umami.
- Communications: messages you send with access requests, demo requests, or support correspondence.
Reldro does not ask for payment card details on this website, and does not collect health information about you as an individual.
How Reldro uses information
- Provide the Services, including sign-in, assigned work, reminders, and document review.
- Keep records available to the people who need them, based on the access your organization sets.
- Send service notices such as expiring credentials, assigned actions, and check-in reminders.
- Answer requests and provide support.
- Measure how the website and platform are used so the interface can be improved.
- Prevent abuse, investigate misuse, and meet legal obligations.
Reldro does not build advertising profiles from your information, and does not sell personal information.
How information is shared
- People inside your organization, and the companies you work for, see the records you are asked to share, based on the access your administrator sets.
- Subcontractors and brokers see what they submit and what is requested of them.
- Contracted service providers who host, store, or measure the Services under written terms that limit their use of the data.
- Authorities, where Reldro is required by law or needs to protect rights, safety, or property.
- A buyer in a business transfer, with notice to account holders where the law requires it.
Reldro does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. See the Do Not Sell page for the full statement.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses strictly necessary sign-in storage and aggregate usage measurement. The Cookie Policy lists what is in use, and the Ad Preferences page records your advertising choices.
Where information is stored and how it is protected
Records are hosted with contracted providers. Access is role-based, administration runs on least privilege, information moves over encrypted connections, and account activity is available for review. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so Reldro combines these controls with monitoring and limited access rather than relying on any single measure. Current security and certification details are published at app.reldro.com/trust.
How long records are kept
Account information is kept while the account is active. Work and safety records are kept while the owning account is active and for the export or retention period agreed with that account, because jobsite records often carry obligations that outlast the job itself. When an account ends, the account holder can request an export and then deletion, which Reldro carries out within the period set in the agreement, except where Reldro must keep a copy by law.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may be able to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, restrict measurement of your usage, or object to certain processing. Reldro honours these rights wherever the law requires it and, as a practical default, for everyone.
- For information in an active organization's account, send the request to your administrator first, because that account controls access and retention.
- For information Reldro controls directly, send the request through the contact form at reldro.com/demo.
- Reldro verifies identity before releasing or deleting information, and answers within 30 days, or up to 60 days where a request is complex.
- You can stop marketing messages at any time and keep using the Services.
Children
The Services are business tools for operations and safety teams. They are not directed at children under 16, and Reldro does not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. Material changes are noted here and, where an account is affected, communicated to account holders.
Contact
Questions about these pages, or a request about your personal information, can be sent through the contact form at reldro.com/demo. Security and certification questions are answered at the Trust Center on app.reldro.com/trust.
